Last week, Dustin Johnson demonstrated with his victory in Memphis which he has cured from knee and back injuries.
This week, Dustin can exhibit whether he has recovered from emotional pits left by his previous Bay Area show at US Open, while the leader of 54-hole melted down along with a final turn 82 at the Pebble Beach in the year 2010.
Johnson told that he just want to give him a scope to be victorious on Sunday. Right now, he is playing some good golf. Teeing up for the 2nd time since escaping almost 3 months as he was suffering from a back injury, Dustin held off fending for US Open winner Rory McIlroy to be the very first golfer since Woods to be victorious in each of his 1st 5 seasons on PGA Tour.
27 year old Johnson told that he has got a whole lot of confidence in his play at this point of time. He is swinging quite well. This week is going to be different from previous week. The twisting and tight fairways of Olympic Club are sure to challenge Dustin Johnson. But he has game plan which is very similar to the gaining formula which he implemented previous week.
He further added that previous week, he only hit 3 – 4 drivers a round. He would hit between 3 and 5 or 6 a round in this week. He stated that he has been hitting a whole lot of low draws off the tee.
